Welcome to SOL🌀

We are so excited to welcome you to Ericeira’s newest wellness hub. SOL brings multiple disciplines of movement together such as mat Pilates, barre, yoga, sound baths, and breathwork.

We offer private sauna and ice bath sessions, as well as a beautiful coworking space overlooking the ocean and our beloved Ericeira community.

Before your class:
– Shoes off at the door
– Arrive on time (doors lock 5 mins after start)

Bookings via Mindbody (
– Cancel 6 hrs before to keep your credit
– Credits expire 30 days after first use

every sunday, meet us at praia do sul for a mat pilates class @ 9am followed by a swim & then a coffee at @tiger_and_chick (please bring cash or you can pay with revolut for your ☕️/🍵)
