SHIATSU BODYWORK 60/75€ (1H/1H30MIN)
All about pressure points, energy flow, and deep release.

• no oils, just hands, breath, and movement. Done on a mat, fully clothed in comfy gear, so you can relax and let go.

RELAX AND CHILL OUT MASSAGE 65€/80€(1H/1H30MIN)

• Full body massage with soft to medium pressure paired with sound healing and aromatherapy for the ultimate chill session.
• With organic grape oil and homemade essential oils.

DEEP TISSUE RELEASE MASSAGE 70€/85€ (1H/1H30MIN)

For serious muscle knots and tension. Deep pressure, full body massage to keep your body primed for the waves, trails, or anything else life throws your way.

SPORTS FOCUS 40€ (30MIN)

• This session targets three key areas (like back, neck, and shoulders) with focused, deep pressure to ease tension and keep your body moving smoothly.

• every injury tells a story, and I’ll tailor the session to yours. whether it’s acupuncture, dryneedling, eletroacupuncture, lymphatic or sports massage, cupping…

GLOBAL POSTURAL ALIGNMENT  60€ (1h30min)

• I begin by observing how you stand, move, and breathe to identify imbalances affecting your alignment and efficiency creating tension and pain.
• Through gentle, guided positions and controlled movements, the body is encouraged to rebalance itself naturally.
• Breathing plays a central role in the session, helping release deep tension and support postural reorganization.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their session without any fee up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a fee of 20% of the total session cost. This amount will be retained to cover the reserved time.
• By scheduling a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy

Terms & Conditions – Mobile Therapy Services
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered
I provide mobile sessions including:
● Massage Therapy
● Acupuncture
● Dry Needling
● Shiatsu
● Cupping Therapy
All treatments are carried out at the client’s location.

2. Booking & Availability
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Please provide accurate address details and any relevant access information when booking.

3. Payment

Payment is due immediately after the session. Accepted payment methods:
● PayPal
● Revolut
● Bank Transfer
● Cash

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
● At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
● Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

5. Client Responsibilities
● Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space for the session.
● Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
● Clients must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.

6. Health & Safety
● Treatments are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.
● I reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Hygiene & Professional Standards
All equipment is sanitized between sessions, and high standards of hygiene and professionalism are maintained at all times.

8. Liability

While all care is taken, I am not liable for any adverse reactions if relevant health information has not been disclosed.

9. Travel
Mobile services may include a travel fee depending on distance and location. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
