A small, guided gathering in the forest at night, designed for curiosity, presence, and gentle connection.
This is an invitation for people who have always wondered what a sensory forest experience might feel like, but would prefer to explore it in a small group, with support and guidance. Lila will guide the walk, creating a safe, calm, and welcoming space for everyone.
We will move quietly through the forest, with space to feel, notice, listen, and connect through the senses. This is a silent walk, where speaking is not the focus, but speaking is always optional. You are welcome to participate in the way that feels best for you.
This gathering is especially welcoming to neurodivergent people. We aim to create a calm, clear, low-pressure environment where you can be yourself, move at your own pace, and engage as much or as little as you want. No one needs to perform, explain, or keep up.
Barefoot walking is optional, either for part of the experience or throughout, depending on what feels right for you. The walk is not physically demanding.
