🍵 This course introduces various types of Japanese green tea, such as sencha, gyokuro, matcha, hōjicha, and genmaicha, along with their production processes.

🍵 Because they have distinct characteristics, each tea has its own method of preparation, whether in terms of water temperature, amount of leaves, or steeping time.

🍵 The philosophy of the Japanese tea ceremony (sadō) will also be discussed, which values the principles of harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility.

🍵 During this session, participants will taste several types of green tea, enjoying not only this iconic Japanese beverage but also the social and cultural act of drinking tea in Japan.
