Daily Vinyasa Class with Pippa
Start your day in Ericeira with an energising Vinyasa practice inspired by the rhythm of the ocean.
This 75-minute class focuses on fluid, breath-led movement, linking postures together in a dynamic and creative flow. Expect a balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility as we explore sequences that awaken the whole body and build both stability and ease.
The practice invites you to move with awareness, connect to your breath, and cultivate a sense of flow — on and off the mat.
A perfect way to activate the body after a surf session or begin your day feeling grounded, open, and energised.

Evening Unwind — Hips & Meditation
An evening practice designed to slow down, release tension, and reconnect to your center.
This workshop focuses on hip opening and gentle flexibility, helping the body unwind after a day of surfing, walking, or traveling. Through slow movement and longer-held postures, we will soften areas where tension often accumulates.
The practice will close with a guided meditation on the Hara, the energetic center located in the lower belly — considered in many traditions as the seat of grounding, stability, and inner balance.

Eclosion - Backbend exploration
Backbends are often associated with flexibility, but their true power lies in their ability to create space, energy, and openness throughout the body.
In this workshop, we will explore how to safely and progressively approach backbends through mobility, strength, and awareness of the spine. By preparing the shoulders, hips, and core, we will build the support needed to open the heart without compressing the lower back.
Taking care of the back is essential for maintaining a healthy posture, freedom of movement, and resilience in the body, especially for surfers, travelers, and anyone who spends long hours sitting.

Pippa is a Paris-based Vinyasa teacher, surfer, and ocean lover.
Her classes are fluid, grounding, and energising. Blending
