Let's begin a new Energy cycle at the beginning of February! Based on the Solar cycle, this will be the beginning of Yang Energy and symbolizes the birth of a new annual energy movement (Risshun)!
🙏 This new energy cycle is based on natural and organic cycles and is characterized by the return of Yang Energy and the awakening of Earth's energy. Let's align ourselves with this cycle and align our vibration with our own Soundhealing through voice.
🙏This will be the proposal that precedes the Sound Bath! Based on the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will create our own sound, the resonance of our inner self! We will create this vibrational frequency organically, promoting the vibration of each organ associated with each element.
After this alignment and connection, the invitation of this sound journey is to give meaning and intention to our deepest feelings in order to find our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
This is a very powerful non-verbal language that our different bodies recognize! If we allow ourselves to receive, balance, alignment, regeneration, liberation, and a deep connection happen organically and naturally!
