Kundalini Yoga often referred to as the Yoga of Conscious Awareness, originates from the tantric traditions of India.

🙏It is a structured system designed to work with energy, the nervous system, and states of awareness.

🙏Through regular practice, it supports a process often described as awakening — understood here as an unfolding in which awareness expands, energy is released, and deep inner patterns begin to shift, bringing greater clarity and stability into daily life.

✨ About the teacher:

Saran Bhagti is a multi-style yoga teacher and embodiment practice guide (E-RYT 1000+).

✨ At this stage of her path, she primarily shares Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, supported by meditation and subtle energy practices. Yoga is not only her „profession", but her way of living — a space of constant learning, curiosity, and deep fascination with how practice shapes everyday life.

✨ Her intention is to share the depth of yogic and tantric wisdom in an accessible, grounded way, so that everyone can take something meaningful from the practice — regardless of experience or background.

✨What unfolds on the mat is meant to be gently carried into daily life, supporting clarity, presence, heart-centered awareness, and a deeper sense of inner trust.

She creates a space that feels safe, sincere, and supportive, where the body is listened to and respected, and practice becomes a real companion in life — not something left behind once the class ends.
