Join us for a nourishing late morning Breathwork & Sound Session _at Sandhi House, on Saturday 13th December_.
✨We will explore the beauty of breathing together, in a world that is creating so much division. Breathwork - in this case *Conscious Connected Breathing* - is an effective tool for tapping into our deeper emotional layers, rewiring the nervous system and brain circuitry, and connecting to great wisdom, clarity, creativity, and a sense of true connection.
🪷Optional ingestible plant medicine oils - *Blue Lotus, Lavender, Rose* - will be available to journey with. We end the session in a relaxing *Sound Bath* with Tibetan Singing Bowls.
