Together we’ll explore pathways of healing, attunement and connection — nurturing the secure attachments that allow future generations to thrive.
Guided by Mar (she/her) — Licensed Psychotherapist, Somatic Practitioner and mother — dedicated to intergenerational healing through trauma-informed, attachment-based and embodied approaches.
