the contrast of Sauna & Cold Plunge and the beat of a live DJ set.
A 3-hour session guided by SOUND, as DJs weave deep, flowing soundscapes that carry you through the experience.
From the heat of the SAUNA to the clarity of the COLD PLUNGE, from DANCE to deep REST.
There’s no single way to move through it.
You can flow solo, share moments with others, dance, or simply sink into a cozy corner bathed in soft light and music, letting yourself be held by the beauty of the moment.
Behind the deck, Joanna Lewis will guide you on a captivating sound journey weaving hypnotic rhythms, tribal and eclectic beats, and deep house with ethereal vocals.
