On 20 June, @gravity_community brings Solstice Fest to @aura_caparica. Solstice Fest is an open-air music and dance experience marking the summer solstice with two distinct spaces, live performances, DJ sets, ambient listening, beach massages, a makers market, and a phone-free dancefloor.
🌞 SUN STAGE, the main floor
Opening the evening, @magupi_music brings a live hybrid set of marimba and electronics from 18:00–20:00. The night continues with a solo DJ set from @ohxala, weaving field recordings from Brazil and West Africa through live electronics and deep rhythmic textures. Later, @joey.archivs goes b2b with @katezubok, followed by a closing DJ + vocal performance from @avishag_gaya with @whoismeta_, performing as @tarabela.pt.
🌒 MOON SPACE, the ambient / listening stage
A slower, more intimate space for deep listening, carpet concerts, tea, and live acoustic textures. @pinhal.music opens the Moon Space with live cello and voice from Dom + Vi, followed by live saxophone from Daniele dell’Erba, performing as @flowsax. Later in the night, @tarabela.pt returns for a slower vocal set.
Two stages. One solstice.
Dance, listen, slow down, and stay present.
Both stages are phone-free.
There will also be a MAKERS MARKET with ceremonial cacao, adaptogenic mushroom juices, magic chocolate, sustainable local clothing, handmade pieces, botanical goods, and a restaurant open all night.
Beach massages will also be available throughout the event, creating space to reset, relax, and fully arrive in the solstice experience.
